about/

A new service manual is available

The area needs a hotline chair

The chair of the Trustees’ Finance and Budgetary Committee stated at their

last meeting that Delegates should emphasize to the groups the effect that

inflation has had on the contribution dollar, and the necessity for adjusting

contributions accordingly to support services provided by the General Service

Board.

Area Corrections: Plain Language Big Books have been distributed to

Corrections volunteers. Before they can be brought into the facility a review must

be conducted by prison officials primarily for content. This review has become a

serious bottleneck in most facilities to distribute literature and books.

Posted on NHAA, at 73 rd  General Service Conference. All the information is explained

that everyone in AA is welcome to be a part of this year’s Hybrid Assembly on March

25 for the upcoming Conference for the committee of USA & Canada getting

together in NY NY in April.

And there will be a short, online survey March 31-April 15 online

*******************************************

Grace & I went to &/or talked with the GSRs of all the meetings in District 7. They are

now up  to date online. Changes take about 2 weeks to be fully up to date. If a new

meeting is posted it takes about a month till it is posted. They must make sure there

really is a meeting there, that it is AA, etc.

*************************************

There seems to be a problem going on with a lot of meetings named the same thing,

like The Big Book Meeting, in different districts. For a newcomer that can be unsure

which one is the one for them to go to. A group of people will be working on that to

figure out a way to make that easier for people to find meetings online.

********************************

With some districts getting so large and some still small, they are thinking of

changing the sizes of districts. Like Manchester and Concord having a lot more

involved than our area. So changes may be coming this year.
